GraceNotes - My Reflections

Esther 4:14b NIV

“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

Esther—she’s not just a story, she’s that gworl thanks to King Jesus. We all know her, we all love her, and we get it: that crown she wore wasn’t just a fashion statement; it was heavy with purpose. God set the table before her in the presence of her enemies, calling her to rise up in a time when her people needed her most. She wasn’t just another face in the crowd; God made her stand out.

Here’s the thing: we’re all called for a specific time, a purpose, a plan. I’ll say it over and over again: God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called. Esther was just like all the other women vying for the king’s attention, but God set her apart, and she rose above the rest. There are seasons when we feel like we’re not enough, when it seems like the odds are stacked against us. But remember, God has called us for this time, this moment.

So, how are you going to wear your crown in this season that God has called you to? Because, trust me, you were made for this.

Psalms 91:2 NIV

2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

A psalm I’m keeping in my heart. Scripture to speak over yourself when you need an anchor.

Psalms 94:19 NIV

19 When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.

A psalm I’m keeping in my heart. Scripture to speak over yourself when you need an anchor.
