If you've ever found yourself in a dark place, how did you handle it?
While you were going through your process, did you always see it as process? How did that time of your life equip or prepare you?
Can you identify the purpose that was attached to your process?

Jeremiah 38:20
Obey the Lord by doing what I tell you. Then it will go well with you, and your life will be spared.
Sis, this is Jeremiah giving some tough love to Zedekiah. Flip this to us in Zedekiah’s shoes — he’s essentially saying, “Girl, just listen! Trust God, and He’s got you!” But isn’t that us sometimes? We overthink, double-check, and then go rogue, only to wonder why life feels messy. This verse is a little nudge to stay on God’s path—it’s not just the right thing to do; it’s the safe and blessed route. So next time you feel like ignoring the GPS (God’s Perfect Strategy), don’t. Trust the directions, and watch Him spare you from unnecessary detours.
Jeremiah 50:34
Yet their Redeemer is strong; the Lord Almighty is His name. He will vigorously defend their cause so that He may bring rest to their land but unrest to those who live in Babylon.
God isn’t passive about His people—He’s a strong Redeemer who gets involved. When life feels like it’s piling on, this is your assurance that God not only sees the struggle but is actively working to defend and restore you. Babylon might represent chaos, distractions, or even personal battles, but God’s strength isn’t just about toppling the enemy—it’s about bringing you peace. Reflect on this: what areas of your life feel like “Babylon,” and how can you trust God to bring His strength and rest into those places?
Lamentations 3:22-23
Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.
This verse shows us that even in the darkest times, God’s love sustains us. His compassion doesn’t run out, no matter how much we may feel overwhelmed. Each day brings a new opportunity to experience His mercy and faithfulness. God doesn’t hold yesterday’s failures against us, and His consistency gives us hope to keep moving forward. Let this remind you that no matter what you’re facing, God’s love and faithfulness are steady and unchanging.
